I hope you enjoyed that little train wreck of burning boxcars and brain cells 😉 welcome to my brain functioning 😆🤷♀️
The thing is about the poem, is that unfortunately this is the track of my brain give or take on a good day. I am not only diagnosed with ADHD but Borderline personality disorder, severe anxiety disorders, and CPTSD. I wasn’t sure about publishing this one because I felt insecure about its relatability and what judgmental people would have to say about it. But I had to remember that my mission is to create a safe space for all kinds of people. Plus, I’m certain that I’m not the only person who struggles mentally emotionally or any other way as I do. Far from it! So, if you haven’t read the poem, well then, you’ve gotten ahead of yourself. Go back and read it now before you forget! We’ll wait 😉
“You have led in your steadfast love the people whom you have redeemed; you have guided them by your strength to your holy abode. (Exodus 15:13, ESV)
If you feel like your head is a mess and there’s no hope of ever making sense out of the nonstop turmoil going on in there, I hope you find a soulmate in me ☺️ Maybe you’re seeking redemption or a place to fit in. Maybe you’re tired of masking and God is tugging on your heart to let Him in. He already knows what kind of weirdo you are so find a place to rest finally. It seems like we’re all looking for like minded people so we each can find some overdue validation and support. You can certainly find that here or on Tic Tok but more assuredly you can find it and healing in Jesus. He will provide you some mental and physical rest, freedom, unconditional love and so much more!
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
5 “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
7 “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
8 “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. (Matthew 5:3, ESV).
Ever since Jesus started the AD movement (before BC), people knew that there was a redeemer and a source of unconditional love ❤️ it doesn’t matter who you are or how messed up you think your brain is, none of it is too much for your Heavenly Father.
If there ever was one person that God couldn’t redeem, I promise it would be ME! And guess what, I am redeemed and I’ve been made 👏🏻 BRAND 👏🏻 SPANKING 👏🏻NEW 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I am still healing and it’s a PROCESS! But it has been SO WORTH IT. And I know that with God’s promises and unconditional love and compassion that as long as I lean on Him I won’t EVER have have to go back to that tumultuous life EVER AGAIN! It’s in the healing process and it’s in redemption of the new life that God wants you to enjoy. ABUNDANTLY 🕊❤️🙏
This is Jesus him preaching the the sermon on the mount in the verses above. These are God’s promises to the meek (gentle, humble) the broken hearted (those who mourn, oppressed, the emotionally unstable) those who are poor in spirit (needing salvation and love, the weary and broken) from Jesus Christ himself. Surrender everything that’s weighing you down everything that is keeping you in bondage and sick. Surrender EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE and I can promise you Jesus will renovate your body mind and spirit like it’s a condo, and He will set you free! If you need someone to hear you and really listen without interruption or judgement don’t hesitate to reach out to me. It only takes one sincere prayer and a follow through to change your life!
You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus, (2 Timothy 2:1, ESV)
